Q1 [5 pt]. Several recent AI incidents have resulted in calls for strict regulations in this space. I briefly discussed one of them in the class. Which one was it?

  • (A) RubyGems Incident
  • (B) HuggingFace Incident
  • (C) Australian Government Incident
  • (D) PyPI Incident

Q2 [15 pt]. Pick one of the incidents above and use Google Gemini Spark (web app) to gather more information on the event. Have it search the web and put its findings in a Google Docs file for your review. Make that file publicly available by sharing it and return the link. Gemini will also return a response. Show it in a screenshot and rewrite it in your own words.

Q3 [15 pt]. In the same chat, ask Gemini to create a slide deck for you and put it in a Google Slides file. Share the link to the original file. Then make a copy and edit it in your own words and based on your understanding of the incident which Gemini gave you in the Google Doc file. Share the new file as well, and clearly explain how your version is meaningfully better than the AI’s version.

Q4 [15 pt]. In Gemini Spark, create a scheduled task that runs every day for a week (except the weekends). It should gather information on the latest AI news that happened the day before in one paragraph and email it to your Gmail. Attach a screenshot of 5 emails you have received.

Q5 [15 pt]. Ask Antigravity to create an interactive webpage to help you understand the core concepts in agentic AI for a business major. Revise the result and give feedback to Antigravity to make the page tailored to your specific needs. Do this feedback loop at least twice. Tell Antigravity to add an addendum that briefly lists the parts it changed based on your feedback. Upload the final HTML file along with your answers PDF in a zip file.

Q6 [25 pt]. Using the prompt engineering techniques you have learnt so far, create a Skill for Gemini Spark that converts the description of any Amazon product into a table with predefined rows and columns followed by two sections on pros and cons of the product as mentioned by customer reviews. Then invoke that skill on 10 different links and compare the results. Did Gemini adhere to the format you had provided or did it deviate from that some of the time? Report your skill text as well as the results you got from Gemini for each product.

Q7 [10 pt]. An important part of marketing is product development. Use OpenRouter to create a landing page for a hypothetical product you are working on. Describe the product in as much detail as possible and choose an AI model to showcase it on the website.

Upload the webpage screenshot here. How long did it take to go from ideation to this minimum viable webpage? [1 pt] How long do you think it would have taken if you were to hire a web developer for the job? [1 pt] How much did it cost you on OpenRouter (you can check the before and after credits)? [1 pt] How much do you think it would have cost to hire a web developer? [1 pt] What values does an experienced web developer bring to the table if AI can already create the website for you in one morning while you drink coffee? (at least two) [2 pt] What values will you bring to the table in this scenario? (at least two) [2 pt] Was any part of the webpage different than what you expected, and was it because the AI didn’t follow your instructions or because you didn’t specify exactly how to do certain parts? Do you think this is where a human web developer would have an edge over AI? [2 pt]
